Caren Gäbel, born 1995 in Speyer (Germany), studied Philosophy and Scandinavian studies at Christian-Albrechts-Universität in Kiel. She is currently working in publishing.
Since 2021 she has been writing her dissertation about the representation of the sea in Scandinavian literature.
